1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by a User on the win108 platform, including all associated balances, transaction history, and personal information.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on any game, sports event, or other betting market offered on the win108 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by win108 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds by a User into their win108 Account using approved payment methods including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfers, and e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting market, or other gambling product available on the win108 platform.
• "Platform" or "Service" means the win108 website located at https://win108.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any related services provided by the Company.
• "User Content" means any information, data, text, or other materials submitted by Users through the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's win108 Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use win108 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. win108 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When registering an Account on win108, you agree to the following conditions:

• You may create only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• You must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer - KYC) by submitting valid government-issued identification and proof of address when requested by win108.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and for all activities conducted under your Account.
• You must notify win108 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

win108 supports the following deposit methods for Indonesian players:

• Bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Maximum deposit amount per transaction: Rp 100.000.000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah), subject to payment provider limits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB).
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Limits

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 100.000.000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah).
• Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Indonesian Rupiah).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name and verified during the KYC process.
• Standard processing time: withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and time of request. Requests submitted outside Indonesian banking hours may experience delays.
• First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts (exceeding Rp 50.000.000) may require additional security verification and may take up to 48 hours to process.
• No withdrawal fees are charged by win108. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

win108 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You agree that:

• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted, unless win108 determines that wagering is not required due to exceptional circumstances.
• win108 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to request source-of-funds documentation if suspicious activity is detected.
• Deposits made from unverified payment sources may be refunded, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

win108 offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of win108 and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) which must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the sum of the deposit and bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10-20% and table games may contribute 5-15%. Specific contribution percentages are published in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active. Exceeding the maximum bet (typically Rp 50.000 per spin/hand) may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash. Only winnings derived from bonus play that meet all wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have validity periods (typically 14 to 30 days from issuance). Unused bonuses expire after the validity period and are automatically removed from your Account.

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud Prevention

win108 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus hunting).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk (e.g., opposite betting, hedging, low-risk roulette strategies).
• Any form of fraudulent or irregular betting patterns identified by our risk management systems.

If win108 determines that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, cancel any associated winnings, suspend or terminate your Account, and refuse future bonus offers.

5. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

• win108 reserves the right to void bets, refuse wagers, or limit betting activity on any User Account if irregular or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

5.3 Game Malfunctions and Disputes

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue:

• All affected bets and game rounds may be voided, and stakes will be refunded to User Accounts.
• win108 is not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or other damages resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• If you believe a game has malfunctioned or a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 7 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after 7 days will not be investigated.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

win108 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your betting activity:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-Out Periods: You may take a temporary break from win108 by requesting a time-out period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a time-out, you will not be able to access your Account or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request permanent self-exclusion from win108. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened, and any attempt to create a new Account will result in immediate closure.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. win108 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online entertainment services serving Indonesian customers. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of win108 services shall be resolved as follows:
